the berlin recording
In 2023, I embarked on a collaborative musical journey in Berlin, recording three of my original modern jazz compositions with an exceptional ensemble. Featuring three horns, piano, double bass, electric guitar, and drums, these pieces resonate with the city’s unique artistic energy. The piece featured in the video is called “Edward”, a tribute to the real name of Duke Ellington. Currently, there are three recorded compositions, but more will follow.

Recorded with musicians from different countries and continents at a time when travel was impossible. I was asked to create something engaging to keep musicians active—so I arranged one of my compositions, “Gynecology”, in a bebop style for a team of fierce and humor-loving “naval musicians”.
You Mad!
The Concept Album
Produced in 2019 with the collaboration of several American musicians, You Mad is an album that tackles strong contemporary social themes. The style echoes Tarantino movie soundtracks, with a nod to surf music. It’s a direct and sharp album—no solos, just pure intensity. Best enjoyed at night.

Created in Sydney, right beneath the famous bridge, featuring Abigail Njobvu (dancer) and filmed by Aza Aizzat Arraoof Bin Azahari, She Goes She Comes tells the story of an impossible love for a street woman glimpsed in the night. Beautifully sung by Andy Hackbarth, this song is part of the album You Mad, available on Bandcamp.
